Dr. Walcott and staff was so nice and personable from the start. I had three decaying teeth removed today under anesthesia. He informed me that he was getting close to retiring. What a shame he seems to enjoy what he does and that's a quality I look for in anyone in charge of handling my care. The staff lets just say they were chefs kiss. Very friendly, well informed, professional. They went over and beyond to make me feel relaxed and comfortable.I will definitely recommend them to friends and family members ASAP. P.s. They accept Medicaid dental plans. This place is a gem you guys.

Absolutely awful costumer service, the representative Carmen is very rude, scheduled my appointment without my permission and charged my credit for a consultation I didn't even scheduled. The call center representatives are very rude, they also ask personal information that is not their business and scam you, do not trust to give them your credit card they scammed my credit card and charged me for procedures we never got done. Be aware, avoid this dentist and his office at all cost.

Everyone is so nice and very professional the only reason I am giving them 4 stars is, I can never get someone to answer the phone and it takes forever to schedule an appointment once you are an established patient. Other then that great place but they really should work on calling someone back and answering the phones

Me hice cirugia el viernes de 4 extracciones aparte de q m pusieron anestesia general q no sentí nada e incluso cdo se fue la anestesia tampoco siento nada,, el Dr Wallcot tiene tremendas manos,, y las asistentes desde la recepción hasta el final geniales!! Recomiendo al 1000 por ciento El Dr y sus empleados... ..
