I have been using WakeMed urgent care for several years now the staff the doctors nurses are all absolutely fabulous they are so pleasant understanding compassionate. Very knowledgeable very thorough in finding the cause of your illness. Also a very clean environment really truly appreciate all that they do

I had an excellent experience at Wake Medicine! The urgent care reception staff was outstanding - they made registration smooth and hassle-free with their helpful, polite, and professional approach. They clearly knew what they were doing and processed patients efficiently. The doctor and her assistant were fantastic and really exemplify the high-quality urgent care services that Wake Medicine is known for. I would definitely recommend this facility to others!

I was very pleased with the care I received. The nurse was friendly and thorough, and the doctor was sympathetic and addressed all my concerns. I needed neck x-rays, which were available there. The x-ray technician took his time and made sure he got good pictures of my neck. I highly recommend this place if you need urgent care.

Came in and had to wait for 30 minutes to even see and speak to a receptionist. No front desk staff… we were told no one else could check us in and she might be back in another 30 minutes.
