I’ve had to unexpectedly visit this urgent care twice in the past few weeks for my little one, and both times they were amazing. From calling ahead to see if we could be seen to walking into a welcoming and clean waiting room, the experience was great from start to finish. Both providers we saw genuinely listened to my concerns and had wonderful bedside manner. Today the PA we had, Mrs. Alisha (sorry if I’m misspelling her name), was especially kind. She even brought my sweet girl a little stuffy before we left. It’s things like that my daughter will remember, and moments like that help create positive memories about going to the doctor, even when she’s not feeling well. I would absolutely recommend this location based on our experience

Dr. Quicksell and Phyllis were absolutely amazing in taking care of my asthmatic son. He was having trouble breathing from being sick and they quickly identified he needed urgent medical attention and took quick action to give him relief while even helping him not be scared. They went the extra mile in every single way and made my other child with me comfortable as well. Could not have had a more thorough, professional, and wonderful experience!

We have lived in 4 states in the past 10 years. I have had good experiences with primary doctors in each location but none as good as Dr. Quicksell. She is very knowledgeable, very thorough and has a fantastic demeanor. The entire staff gets an A+ from my husband and I.
