Absolutely first rate! First they responded to my telephone message and called me as soon as possible. They gave me an appointment. When I arrived, the woman at the front desk was very pleasant. I was taken into an exam room quickly. The young woman taking my vital signs was very nice and the PA Jenny was very kind and knowledgeable. I'm very happy

Dr. Sean is an outstanding physician—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. The experience was made even better by the amazing staff. Lady at the front desk was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful from check-in to check-out, making the entire visit smooth and stress-free. The nurse was kind, attentive, and compassionate, taking the time to ensure I was comfortable and well informed. This office truly works as a team, and it shows. I highly recommend Dr. Sean_ and the entire staff.

Wake Med Urgent 🚨 Care Clayton/In front of the Walmart. I went to this location and I was in pain. The Front Office Staff Nakia and Kaylynn were very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Which was pleasant, knowing I had just finished an 12 hour shift. The office was clean, smells nice . No sooner than I sat down another smile opened the door and greeted me, Amaris. Very attentive, professional, nice, positive. Then the Provider came in Sean P.A. Very through, professional, patient, and knowledgeable. All the pieces fit. By the time my visit ended. Instead of an urgent visit it became the start of establishing Primary care. If you are looking for a provider who care please give them a try. You won’t regret it. Fast and efficient care with professionalism and smiles😊

Everyone was cheerful, courteous and professional. Dr. Quicksell was very easy to talk to and spent more than adequate time listening to me. I did not feel uncomfortable letting her know all of my symptoms. I am establishing g primary care and was looking for someone who had what I always call a good bedside manner and felt that I found it with Dr. Quicksell and the staff at Wake Med MyCare 365.

The lady at front desk is perfect for the job. She communicates well with patients. Sean Thomas was very nice and well educated. He gave me the second opinion I needed. If I have to have him to set up tests, I would. I would also refer people to Wake Med Primary. I had a great experience!!
