Maribel at the front desk has been unkind and very rude to my wife and I several times now in our last few visits. I am also an employee of Wake Med. No matter the circumstance there is always a way you should speak with patients. This is unfortunate and not the WakeWay of customer service and tact we had hoped to experience. We will unfortunately be transferring.

I can’t say enough how much we have appreciated Dr. Lori and Dr. Darius being part of our parenthood journey. They take the time to answer any and all questions and have so much empathy for parents. The nurse hot line wake med provides has also been a life saver. We love our providers.

We were stuck in traffic and got exactly 16 min late so they did not allow us to visit doctor and they rescheduled to one month later , my kind already crossed 18th months this was 18th month appointment. Looks like they literally waiting for people and if they late reschedule to next month , and also I went with pregnant lady and they don’t have mercy at all! Now I’m switching to different location.

I want my daughter to see her provide so she can bond over the years. Last year I called and asked to schedule her anual with Dr. Lori and when we got there was someone else. Now I just called and asked to schedule the appointment with Dr Lori the person was super dismissive. Don’t want risk another year without my daughter seeing her doctor so I will look another place.
