I had the honor and privilege of going to the the best eye doctor / optometrist IN THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA! DR Badwan, his awesome office manager Leslie, and the entire freaking staff is the best of the best! Not only is his office state of the art with equipment but everybody that works there is a cut above and treats you like family. It doesn't matter if it's your 1st visit or your 47th visit. I had a fantastic experience at Wake Family Eye Care. I went in feeling very anxious about some eye symptoms, but the entire team was incredible from start to finish. They are exceptionally nice and patient—they took the time to listen to all my concerns and walked me through every step of the examination. A special thanks to Dr. Keller Hopkins for being so patient, thorough, and professional. The follow-up communication regarding my prescription and care plan was also very helpful and seamless. It is rare to find a practice that combines this level of clinical expertise with such genuine kindness. I left the office feeling completely reassured and well-cared for. Dr Badwan and his team are literally the BEST optometry group in the area. I look forward to my yearly appointment. Dr Badwan has the best and newest equipment in his office. His team is super efficient and friendly. And from the beginning to the end of my appointment every person has spoken to me, checked in on me, answered any and all questions and their help with eye glasses, sunglasses or contacts is appreciated.

We were referred to Wake Family Eye Care by my daughter’s pediatrician. The staff was super helpful on the phone answering questions, confirming insurance and scheduling an appointment with ease. They were also beyond friendly from the checkin process and throughout our entire appointment. They all, especially Dr Hopkins, made my daughter feel comfortable which is not always easy around new adults. We were 100% pleased with our experience and would definitely recommend to others, adult and children.
