Wake Endoscopy - Cary

Dr. Ashish Shah, a Gastroenterologist par excellence! I am terribly nervous in prep room number 2 as the fluid from the IV bag continues to flow into my right hand vein at the arm joint for hydration and suddenly walks in Dr. Shah with a gentle friendly smile on his face and extends his right hand to my left arm for a warm greeting with self introduction. Dr. Shah displays excellent bedside manner with compassion and respect walking me through the colonoscopy procedure with confidence that expels my fears and worries. Dr. Shah and his medical team executed the colonoscopy procedure with military precision. AMAZING!

Dr. Shah was so nice, professional and made sure he explained everything to my understanding. He also gave his number to contact him personally 24/7 if I had any problems. (Ive never had a Dr to give me his number)I was so very satisfied with his services. Thank you so much Dr Shah.

Dr. Shah and his staff treated us wonderfully. Very professional, thorough and caring. They answered all of our questions and gave us great information to take home in case we had more later.

I appreciated the kind care of the doctor, nurse anesthetist, and the other nurses. Dr. Battaglino came to speak with me before the procedure, and my with wife afterwards. The whole staff, including the man who accompanied me to my car, was pleasant and made me feel at ease, in spite of the fact that they were busy with a lot of patients that day. The office called the next morning to follow up in case I had any questions or concerns. Thank you all!

Dr Lange performed my endoscopy yesterday. He and his staff were professional, informative about the procedure and made sure I was comfortable. After completion, Dr Lange explained everything that occurred and what to do when I got home. I was also given a paper copy of all instructions and his findings. Many thanks to all who made my appointment much less scary than I was expecting.
