My mom was a patient here and passed away. She use to tell me the staff doesn't check on me enough. She was right! I do not blame anyone just the bed sores got worst and my mom needed wound care by the time I understand it was way to late. But GOD has her now and she is not in pain or worrying about nurses coming to check on her.

The facility is EXTREMELY understaffed, no diversity (other nationalities) amongst the staff. Slow communication between staff, patient and family. Security is more relaxed then they should be. Do your research and due diligence before deciding to place your loved one in this facility.

I call and talked to someone just to find out if I could visit my relative. I am aware of the covid-19 restrictions. However, I didn't know if they had been lifted or not. The lady I talked to was VERY RUDE. She need to have some kind of training on how to talk to people that call the facilities about their love ones. Because if she treated me that way then how is she treating my family member.

The day nurse for my husband doesn’t want to answer questions such as what’s his BP. What’s his number after taking his sugar. I have been here since 12 noon, it’s after 4 and he still hasn’t received his glucerna.

Conditions are not the best. Could do with painting and replacing drapes around the beds ,it's dull and depressing.
