Wagnolia Veterinary Clinic

I have been taking my dogs there since I adopted my first one back in 2020. My girls are very anxious about going to the vet, but they provide calming music, cushy blankets, and a dark room for them to relax prior to being seen. Dr. Joshi came up with a good plan to relieve their anxiety so that they are able to accomplish everything in one visit without coming back. Yes, they are a little on the pricey side, but they are a small business and can’t buy in bulk like other vets. They go through everything on a treatment plan BEFORE doing anything, so that there are no surprises. The level of care and detail all of the staff show towards my girls is exceptional.

Wagnolia is a small, personalised, caring local vet. My dog is my family, and Dr Joshi, Dr O Brian, Karina and honestly the entire staff have been patient and compassionate with us. I never feel rushed; everything is always thoroughly explained, and I am so grateful for the level of care we receive there. I cannot recommend Wagnolia enough.

Wow! The team at the clinic are incredible!! I was blown away by their compassion, understanding and patience. I moved to Chicago recently and my sweet 15-year-old pug was already showing signs that it may be time to say goodbye. We had never even been to Wagnolia when I called after a rough night when I knew she was ready. From the first phone call, every single person we spoke to and worked with was insanely kind. They were so understanding about the situation. They made the environment very calming and helped my sweet girl transition with ease. Then, to my surprise, when it was time to pick up her remains, the entire team signed a card all with personal notes that brought tears to my eyes. Wagnolia is a personable, thoughtful, and communicative clinic. My dog had a dental exam there and throughout the procedure and after they checked in to see he was healing and made sure medications were working for him. They were flexible, provided options, and made us feel listened to. Huge thank you to Dr. O’Brian and Karina for their time and care!
