I know waiting for that first appointment especially if you have endured months of labs by other specialists is agony, but trust me; it's worth it! I saw Michelle on my first visit, she was warm, professional and thorough. She ordered more labs to confirm the diagnosis previous labs alluded to. When the results came in, I was able to see Dr Kades the same day vs waiting for my pre-scheduled follow up appointment, thanks to the angel (Natalia? sorry, Lupus brain fog in action!) who answered the phone. As soon as Dr Kades entered the exam room with a halo of white light as his aura, tears of gratitude began to flow. His expertise, empathy and capacity for clear explanations without talking down to the patient are unmatched. I left with a treatment plan and am on the road to recovery! Than

Had a disgusting experience with Kaedes. Medicine is rife with misogyny and sexist stereotyping and he’s no exception. It seems virtually impossible for an older male physician to take young women seriously and his treatment of me was appalling. His medical assistant was possibly on the autism spectrum but rude as well. You can go read my Yelp review for further details. His office couldn’t even handle a referral to a more competent specialist. **please stop deleting my reviews, thank you.

Kind and respectful doctors and staff. They do their best to make sure are heard and understand what is happening to your body. Clean office and very friendly staff, I am very grateful to the Doctors and Nurses.

I have been coming to see Dr.Kades for over 15 years due to my chronic illness and complications from lupus. However, the last couple of times I had to reschedule appointments due to other issues and at times the reception staff was short and rude. I understand we all have busy schedules or other issues, but please respectful and understanding.

Horrible front office reception. Makes it impossible to schedule a appointment. Referral was sent to this location from my son's primary Dr. I was told by front office they didn't have anything. Had to call Dr Garcia to once again resend a copy. Them finally I was told my son couldn't schedule a appointment since the next available is after the expiration date. My son had been to the E.R and his authorization is marked to been seen urgently. Meaning he has to be seen urgently. Front staff has to inform Dr that a urgent request has been received and scheduled sooner. We asked to be scheduled and have the referral modified, but front office declined. Im basically running around doing the job of the rheumatoid front office staff. Makes me wonder how many patients they are loosing simply
