Dr. Tamim absolutely saved my LIFE…!! Tamim is wonderful and his humbleness is what sets him apart from the rest. He deserves 5-stars all around the board. I had a chance and opportunity to work with him and his colleagues when I was admitted into the hospital. I can honestly say that he saved my life. I came in with a lot of pre-existing conditions and I needed a specific treatment plan and hands-on care. He developed an individualistic approach for my surgery and monitored my progress and recovery ❤️‍🩹 each and every step of the way. Started as a varicose vein consultation. As a result of Dr. Tamim’s thoroughness and experience we discovered that I have a leaky mitral valve that I probably had for many years. Dr. Tamim put together a practical step plan to make his final determination and proper treatment. He is patient, thorough, returns calls within 24 hours, and explains everything in layman terms.

Great surgeon, but the wait times are hours long. They clearly book way too many patients and expect everyone to wait all day. :( I’m not sure the point of having an appointment.

Looking for a good cardiovascular doctor? Look no further! Dr. Wael Tamim is the best in Broward County. He saved my leg when another doctor wanted to do an amputation with blocked arteries. I would have lost my leg because the blood was not flowing through it. His staff is very friendly and courteous. Vicky in particular, goes all out to make you feel welcome and at ease. Any questions you may have she will find the answer for you. She goes out of her way to accommodate you.

I was diagnosed with blood clots in my lungs as I laid there for almost 3 days not knowing what was going on finally Saturday morning they took a CAT scan of my lungs and found that there were blood clots. I then met Dr. Tamim and he basically changed my whole life. I’ve been through many many operations through my years and I’ve never met a doctor with such Caring and the best bedside manner I have ever seen.
