I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience with Dr. Geoffrey Winkley. From the moment I was seen, I felt talked down to and completely dismissed. He repeatedly pushed a medication that I clearly explained I cannot take. There was little to no effort to properly examine me or genuinely understand the symptoms I’m dealing with. A majority of my time with the doctor was spent going back and forth with him about the medication that I can not take. It’s like he wanted to prove me wrong? He had his mind made up before he even examined me about what he would diagnose me with. I waited nearly an hour, paid a $25 copay, and left with absolutely no treatment plan and still in pain and feeling completely disregarded. I walked out feeling disrespected, unheard, and honestly shocked

Thank you so much to the staff at Vybe! A shoutout to Journey and Erica for an amazing experience! In and out within an hour and everyone was so nice and caring. Thank you to the whole staff for an exceptional visit. They were 1000 times better than Crozer ER!

Was in and out within the hour. Very friendly and clean. Dr was super nice as well as the staff. My son was treated like a person and not ignored when he spoke. The nurse joked with him and made him feel super comfortable. Will definitely be making this our go to when our Dr is available.

My experience was very good. Wait time was around 15 minutes at 2 pm. The ladies at the front desk were very polite The Nurse I saw doctor Erica and she was very people friendly, and did a great job explaining the issues to me

My experience was fast, accurate , comfortable and professional. This was Great service all around I must say. I was in and out of this facility for a physical exam for a drivers license. I would use vybe urgent care again if and when needed. Thank you-
