Dr Vu used the 3D camera to capture my teeth in details. He used the latest technology to implant my new teeth. During the treatment time, he diligently followed the condition of the bones regrowing until the bones being mature enough for the implant procedure. My implanted teeth were at the perfect positions. He share all the pictures with me. He constantly check back with me even before my regular 6 month check up visits. Each time I visited his office, he retook the pictures of my teeth to be sure that there was nothing wrong with my teeth or any adjacent teeth. He did not charge me for any of these extra examinations. It seems like he love his job than money. The best Dentist I have ever gotten. I can't say enough how good and detail oriented Dr Vu is. He is passionate about his life-work that he could spend countless hours to help his patients. Here is what I personally got from him: willing to explain every details of my jaw/teeth/bone structure conditions ... (no matter how long it took), coaching me and my family how to care for our teeth (from daily cleaning to long term maintenance/upkeep our teeth healthy), walkthrough details any care plan that works best for me. For him, perfection is his goal. He will do his best to achieve the best outcome for his patients (I can tell every time I get the care from him). I can't recommend Dr. Vu enough! He has been our orthodontist for 10 years, and both my brother and I have had outstanding experiences. Dr. Vu exemplifies intelligence, humor, generosity, and authenticity in every interaction. His compassion shines through in every case, and he's always willing to go above and beyond—answering all questions, returning calls even after office hours, and staying late when needed. If I could go back in time and never set foot in Vu Orthodontics, I would. From age 15 to 20, I endured five years of absolute misery under Dr. Vu's care — if you can even call it care. He might have an engineering background, but he has no business managing people's dental health. For years, I wore braces under his treatment with no clear timeline, no consistent updates, and absolutely no sense of progress. Every appointment felt like guesswork. And while that was frustrating enough, what really pushed things over the edge was what happened with my wisdom teeth. I have been Dr Vu’s patient for couple years. Every time I come to his office he always spent time to educate me about my teeth and gums conditions and teach me how to take care them the right ways. I have been treated by many other dentists but none of them would spend their time to talk in detail about my present problems and here Dr Vu even go beyond my expectation, he spends his time to teach me what to do to prevent future problems. I write this review to express my appreciation for him, a dentist who always love to teach and care for his patients to the perfection. He always wants to do what best for his patients.
