I cannot say enough good things about them. Highly recommend. Everyone at the PCNA has been so kind these past months and knowledgeable . Recently I had a bad experience with another company and needed to switch my son’s IHSS services over and I was stressing to say the least. They switched it over so fast. Huge thank you to Carrie and Jessica my son’s CM for making this happen so quick. They even think they will be able to match the same pay. I couldn’t be more greatful as I have had a lot going on with the recent loss of my mother so this was really bad timing for the other company to do what they did. This was an amazing CNA Course, During Lab Lauren made sure we fully understand and adjusted us on things we needed to fix, she was very helpful and supportive! I would recommend to anyone!

Voyager has truly been the best. They are very helpful and compassionate. Voyager is amazing. The best care team I could ask for my daughter. They fight for you to get the hours you deserve. They are always on top of updating information and keeping in touch. They make sure they give you plenty of time for you to submit your flu shot or tb credentials. Always on top of it. I never have to wait for call backs and they always have answers to any of my questions. Best in home care company you could ask for! We are going on 3 years with them!

I started my journey with Voyager officially in March of this year. My son has a medically complex condition and there is always an appointment for him and/or something that requires a same day appointment to be seen if it is pressing. If I need to contact Voyager nurses, they are prompt with their responses and guide me on my next steps that need to be taken in order for my son to get the best care he needs. This opportunity that Voyager has given me and my family has given us peace of mind and I can honestly say that it is the best thing that could have happened to our family. I know if I meet someone who has a medically complex kid, I will talk to them about Voyager and maybe see if that would be a nice fit for them.
