Vons Pharmacy

Vons Pharmacy is amazing! The pharmacists are great. Monica is fabulous. She remembers our whole family by name & always asks how the kids are doing. They treat you with small town courtesies with all the good things that go with a bigger city. You can Pick up prescriptions & groceries in the same stop.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the multiple terrible experiences I have had at the Vons pharmacy, particularly involving the pharmacy manager, Amir Aria. These incidents have significantly impacted my patient experience and raised serious safety concerns regarding the handling of my prescriptions where I end up having to use another pharmacy to get my medication. Due to the severity of these issues, I have reported them to the Board of Pharmacy, and they are currently under investigation. It is deeply troubling that a pharmacy entrusted with the health and safety of its customers would operate in such an unprofessional and unsafe manner. I have to go there every month to for various medications and the staff is very friendly, quick and helpful. Have tried several other pharmacies in the Valley and they are the best.

Having this pharmacy has been a lifesaver! We have been treated with respect and amazing service at every visit. We get our vaccinations here as well, the pharmacy staff are all great! We used to go to CVS and let me tell you that’s the worst service ever!

I transferred my medication from CVS after 10 years to Vons pharmacy to make it more convenient for myself when I went to pick up the medicine they charged me $35 for the medication when I have been paying about $13 from CVS I then reached out to the pharmacy and the gentleman that I spoke to was extremely rude and did not care about the pricing or really anything else I had to say he stated it was basically not his or his teams issue so I definitely will not be using this pharmacy ever so do yourself a favor and use any other pharmacy but this one not only are they completely overcharging but they’re also rude as well and do not care about your concerns whatsoever. This is price gouging at its finest! FYI the retail price at this pharmacy for this medication is $18 so again do yoursel
