Horrible staff. Physician called the prescription in 3 times. Finally they say they received it and the Pharmacist stated prescription was ready to be picked up Monday night. On Tuesday afternoon I leave work early to pick it up on the way to an appt. I waited 20 minutes in line without a single staff member acknowledging my existence only to be told they don't have enough medication but they will give me what they have. Meanwhile the rude pharmacist is talking to the girl at the cash register in a demeaning tone and throwing paperwork at her. I will never return here again. Completely unprofessional and unorganized.

I love this pharmacy! I've been using them for over a year now and they are a huge improvement to CVS on the 76. Everyone knows me and my family by sight and name. It's like a small town pharmacy. Electronic prescriptions are filled right away and they always have inventory on hand or get it next day. I'm sorry I waited so long to make the switch! If there's a problem with insurance or a doctor, they handle it, and if they need to call me, they do. Very professional, polite and friendly. Very easy to use as a regular pharmacy. They can be busy, but they are so efficient you never have to wait longer than a few minutes if at all. The Pharmacy staff are , very knowledgable, super nice and friendly. With that said, the pharmacy is understaffed. Issues with prescription take time to resolve due to not having appropriate staff available. Doctors refill requests, insurance issue resolution usually result in delay specially when Andy is not availble.

Good people that check everything for you and very friendly. Remember clients and will go the extra mile for you to help you out with everything.
