Vons Pharmacy

I had a terrible experience at this Vons. A particular customer service employee named becki was extremely rude and treated me like dirt and a worthless poor person. She asked me if I had the receipt for the Red Bull that I was drinking and I told her no I do not. I threw it away, but if you would like, I’ll show you the transaction on my phone, so I showed her the transaction that proved that I had paid for my drink and then she said well that’s the third one that you’ve had and I said are you kidding me? Why don’t you check the cameras because this is the only one I’ve had and I only drink half of it and she was extremely rude to me. I would never go to this fun again if I was, you choose a different location and avoid becki at all costs.

They are good very helpful but very busy and they're closed quite often if you go anywhere near lunch time. They're very helpful though but I gave it a three stars because during the quarantine they weren't open on weekends or past like 5:00 p.m. they were never there between 12:00 and 1:00 get their phone message would say they have lunch for 30 minutes at 12:00 to 1:00 so you think that'd be more random. They're really good people and just some need of probably a little more staff and that's because they're pretty good

I got released from the Hospital 4/10/19 7:30pm. I had prescriptions that needed to be filled, my driver took me directly to the pharmacy arrived at 8:30 pm. Jason immediately filled the prescription while I waited in the car. There was an issue with prescriptions that was resolved with the help of Rick and staff in the morning! They have always been fast friendly and efficient! Thank You very much guys always appreciated!

Booked Pfizer booster appt on line 9/23. Showed up today for 10:30 a.m. appt and was met with the nastiest, rudest person ever! Dark hair. I get shots here all the time. Why would appt give me appt if not eligible? He ran over & showed me something he said was on the internet. I see nothing & was never texted or emailed re my appt. Bottom line, he was nasty & seem delighted to deny me. Awful experience.

Went here for medications. Never had an issue with any staff. The pharmacy staff are very by-the-book and professional. No complaints. Edit: Removed all mention of Quest Diagnostics staff because they are next door.
