Pros I want to take a moment to thank the entire team for the outstanding care my auntie Annette Ray Durden is receiving while staying at your facility. From the nurses to the therapists and support staff, everyone is treating her with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. During a very stressful and emotional time for our family, your staff has made us feel reassured that she was in good hands. The level of attention, professionalism, and respect shown to her means more to us than words can express. It was clear that her comfort, safety, and recovery is truly a priority. We are deeply grateful for the dedication and hard work your team puts in every day. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my auntie and for supporting our family throughout her stay. Rude uncaring staff and young possibly not trained well enough CNAs. Food disgusting. Not all CNAsare uncaring. They have difficult jobs and people here are in a lot of pain. Sometimes the reason it takes them to get to rooms i believe is that they are short handed and there are a lot of people to help.

My mother is here and on Oct 22 , 2025 my mother picture was exposed to millions of people Internet do to lack of cameras and ability insure my mother safety is at risk .. and from the picture and angle and timeline it had to be a staff member that took the picture and released on revenge motive to get back at me as a internet influencer.. This is a current investigation and I have seek legal Council and a criminal investigation in all people involved to protect my mother at all cost as her POA …

I was there for a week after surgery. Vivo had no problems communicating with my doctors, treating my wounds or giving me my medicine on time. Staff were usually available pretty quickly. The food was standard institutional fare, i.e. it was nice that I still had my appetite without needing the appetite stimulators some of the older patients needed to stay healthy. I took off one star because I was recovering from ankle surgery but couldn't use the parallel bars to strengthen my walking because they were damaged.

Recently toured this facility, greeted right away by the friendliest front desk associate. Facility was clean and smelled good. All the staff greeted us in hallway on tour. Rooms clean and tidy. Residents all seemed very happy. The Liason addressed all questions prior to us touring building and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in relation to my dads dad’s needs and medical care post hospital… I was very impressed by her fast responses and appreciate the support with transitioning my loved one from hospital to skilled nursing…. She made it very smooth for me and took the stress off the family in so many ways, beyond appreciative of the outcome! Highly recommend this facility ..
