Vivienne Policarpio

Dr. Policarpio is the best, she’s very knowledgeable and listens to my needs. However her staff is terrible, they never pick up the phone or return to any of my voicemails. I have had the worst front desk experience ever. One day one of them told me, well I have a lot patients to take care lol seriously??? What a shame the Dr. can’t see how poor service her staff provides to her patients. It’s a real shame, the only reason I stay with her is because she’s great.

i’ve read a few bad reviews for dr policarpio which is strange however i can confirm she holds her staff in high regard regardless of what the patient says? i had the same experience. but she is a fantastic doctor, with a good personality, thorough and helpful. i’ve been seeing her for many years.

Dr. Policarpio is hands-down the most thorough doctor I have ever been treated by. She spends so much time explaining everything walking through scenarios and you honestly feel like she cares about you as a person. She wants to find out why things are happening and gets to the bottom of the cause. If you are looking for an endocrinologist, I could not recommend her more highly. In the short 6 months I’ve been seeing her she has was able to diagnose things that have gone undiagnosed for years. Also, her new offices are in a great location has a very modern vibe and her staff are efficient and very friendly!

She’s just simply the best! Dr Policarpio actually cares about her patients and not just their physical health but emotional and financial as well. She is kind and knowledgeable and most importantly to me is how encouraging she is. I always leave her office with my head lifted high because she makes me feel good about myself. She rejoices with me in my victories and gives me the strategy and encouragement to tackle my issues.

She is my all time favorite doctor. So helpful with all the advice, and knowledge. Feels as she is family caring over her patients. Problem is her new practice has rude receptionist. They don't answer phone calls, transfer you over, disrespectful, rude and unprofessional. I would want to keep Policarpio as my doctor but front desk has made me lose interest.
