Ms. Donna Cleveland (hope I got the name right) is truly one you can call & give her an HUMANITARIAN AWARD 🏆. This woman came into our family home & BLESSED us with more than her presence. Her professionalism didn't skip a beat!!! Informing us with so much knowledge which was SO NEEDED. Her compassion, patience, consideration & showmanship is bar none. Thank her is an understatement & I'm forever past grateful for the opportunity ❤️🙏🏽. Oh also the other lady who came as well & I think her name was Janet or Janice, (hope I got her name right as well) was amazing also 💖👏🏾🙏🏽.

I am only coming on here to WARN others looking to Put a loved one on hospice. RUNNNN THE OTHER WAY FROM VITAS! From the very beginning, The nurse Maureen came to explain their program at the hopsital which seemed like a salesman trying to pitch a sale and unfortunately, it worked on our family.. From that moment, everything went down the drain. We were promised the world and we didn’t get even a thin piece of what was promised to us. Dr. Lyon Was FaceTimed in my mother’s room and I can see from his face as if “oh we got another one” My mother went home over the weekend and there was so much miscommunication between the equipment being brought and went to start her medications and what medications to start. We had over four different nurses that couldn’t tell us that if they were her

I am appalled by the care provided by Vitas during my mother's final days. After her discharge on January 6, 2026, no representative showed up to help her at home. The following day, I reached out because she was in severe pain, and Vitas dismissed the need for continuous care because she hadn’t taken her medication—information she didn’t even have. On January 9, her pain worsened, and a nurse finally arrived but doubled her medication dosage without any post-care support, leaving my untrained sister to monitor her. When I escalated my concerns to Supervisor Nurse Amy, her response was not only unhelpful but also incredibly dismissive. The most shocking part? My mother died alone just hours later, with no nurse from Vitas present to provide any support. This level of neglect is unaccepta

Moments Hospice has greatly improved our lives! They show our grandfather exceptional care and respect, and they always provide support for our family as well. Grandpa has benefited tremendously from their music therapy program, becoming happier and more engaged. They are truly amazing, and we can’t praise them enough!

I would like to give ALL HIGH KUDOS TO THE CNA DIAMOND, she is Amazing and I Appreciate how she comes in and work with our resident at Brookdale she does an excellent Job . Let’s keep it going with the good communication, Thank you Diamond you are the BEST!👍🏿
