We came to this clinic for a preventative annual check-up, during which I requested a referral to a dermatologist for my daughter’s acne. Instead of providing a referral, the clinic recommended their own Medspa service and offered a microneedling treatment for $350. Although I had concerns — especially after a nurse mentioned that my daughter would be their very first microneedling customer — we decided to try it. The experience was awful and unprofessional. I witnessed the procedure being performed in an unsafe manner, including improper handling of the microneedle device (not used for multiple passes as is standard). I have recently used their Services for Immigration purposes and it went smoothly as it could been. They took a blood sample to test the antibodies I already have so I did not have to take any shot I was not supposed to. The lady at front desk was beyond nice and helpful to us.

Insurance scammers! Don’t go here. Dr. Shyam cannot answer simple questions about my health. She wants to wait until after I get my lab results so they can bill my insurance. A month afterwards she never calls me back to cover my abnormal results and doesn’t send refills even though I saw her for a wellness exam. When I called the office, the receptionists refused to let me talk to Dr. Shyam and kept saying she will call me day after day. Worst DR experience ever! This clinic only care about billing your insurance, not the patient!!

Watch out for multi-year service charges. You read that right. I just received a bill from two years ago. The office is passing the buck to the insurance company, but this is unacceptable. You could be hit with a billing surprise long after you've forgotten about your visit. This kind of billing practice is not only inconvenient but also feels unethical. Look elsewhere if you want to avoid the stress and confusion of receiving medical bills years after the service was provided.

I went in for my annual checkup and everything went very smoothly. The clinic seemed busy but there was little to no wait time. The staff are always good and very patient in explaining all your doubts and worries. I am new to the country and they patiently explained all my questions regarding insurance. They are very prompt with the blood work results as well. I highly recommend this clinic.
