Vitality Drug & Surgical

Called to ask if they hold an item I need for my father's surgery due to cancer; and was met with attitude and not even point me in the right direction. Her tone and disgust in her voice was appalling......

I bought a hospital urinal from Vitality Drug & Surgical that leaked. When I went to return it and exchange it for one that was not defective, I was told they could not take it back, refused to exchange it and I was told I had to by a new one. (With no guarantee that it would not leak!) This is a store that does not deserve your business. It's a good example of a store unwilling to stand behind their merchandise. I did buy a new (better manufactured) hospital urinal, but not from Vitality Drug & Surgical.

Do not purchase anything at this pharmacy unless are positive it is the correct item. They do not accept returns even if the item has been unopened and the plastic inside the box has been factory sesled.. I was sold an incorrect item to cover a toe when showering and they would not take it back. Very poor customer relations.

Great place to ordered your medicine. Reasonal price with insurance. I was recommended to use Vitality Drugs, when I was trying to ordered my husband cancer drugs.

Knowledgeable, patient pharmacist. Best place to fill your prescriptions; you can speak to the pharmacist in person regarding interactions (even with OTC and supplements) dosing, etc. Vaccinations. Spend an extra $ for your health; the personal service and expertise is worth it.
