I can’t say enough good things about Sarah. From the start, she met me with patience, compassion, and deep expertise — even when I turned out to be one of the harder cases she’s worked with. She never gave up or defaulted to a cookie-cutter plan. Instead, she worked closely with me to figure out the right approach for my body. That kind of care and dedication has meant more to me than she probably knows. I’m so grateful for her support — it’s truly changed my recovery journey.

Pelvic floor therapy is a weird and awkward and private thing, and Sarah of Vitalisera handles every appointment, issue, and condition with grace, kindness, and humor. Every appointment with her is not only helpful but also enjoyable and she goes above and beyond connecting with her patients in an environment that has the potential to be incredibly unenjoyable.
