Vital Urgent Care - West Palm Beach

Friendly staff, they gave my son a toy from the it toy box. A little bit of a wait time but we didn’t have an appointment so that was fine. Overall a great experience with the nurse. She was very sweet and patient with my son.

I found Vital Urgent Care via google maps. I'm not from the area so didn't have much to go on for a doctor. I was able to make the appointment online (within 30 mins) that same morning, I viewed the past reviews and most if not all were very positive. There was no waiting once I arrived at the clinic and the staff were all great. Very friendly and compassionate about their work. I highly recommend this clinic if you are in the area needing medical care.

Vital Urgent Care is absolutely amazing. Every time I go, the staff treats me with so much kindness and respect. They truly listen to my concerns, make me feel heard, and always put my needs first. I never feel rushed, and they take the time to make sure I understand my care and that I’ll feel better before I leave. I’m so grateful for how compassionate and professional they are—highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience with the doctor. She was extremely knowledgeable and very caring. I would recommend her to anyone and I will definitely go to see her if I ever need to again in the future highly recommended.

They were fast, friendly and very professional. I was only driving by and noticed what used to be a Payless shoe store is now an Urgent care, so I decided to come in and ask a question. And they were great!! I got my referral and I got my meds sent over so fast, I will defiantly be back.
