Vital Pharmacy

Competent, friendly, fast. I went there to do the $10 DMV Eye Exam, and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Didn't even have to leave the lobby to do the exam. Wonderful. Associated with the college, well resourced, great service. Highly recommend. At the end they said, "We'll digitally submit it to the DMV; would you like a hard copy?" I had phoned other eye places in WNY and they didn't offer that service -- here it was included free.

What began as a positive experience has deteriorated into a case study in disorganization. There is no meaningful internal communication—despite confirming delivery with one representative, you are repeatedly contacted by others to re-verify the same information. This redundancy directly delays prescriptions and shifts the burden onto the customer to endlessly chase updates just to receive what was already agreed upon. To make matters worse, they do not deliver on Saturdays, meaning any mistake on their end conveniently lingers unresolved for an entire weekend. The inefficiency is not occasional; it is systemic.

Ever since rite aid closed I've been with Vidal pharmacy. The service is good and they go the extra mile. I did not write the previous post which had my name just to clear the air

I ended up getting my medication at a different pharmacy as this place seemed to have issues with their billing system, but I would still absolutely recommend this pharmacy. The pharmacists here really have everything you could want in a pharmacist, and spent so much of their own time trying to get things straightened out. In the end they weren't able to get my information in their system to update properly, but I realize it's not their fault. I hope whoever is behind their database looks into it, but in the meantime I think that anyone that's able to utilize this pharmacy should make it their first choice if they're in the area.

Great local pharmacy! Team is always happy to help and is super quick in getting prescriptions filled. Would highly recommend to anyone!
