Vital Care of Lubbock Infusion Services

I was absolutely blown away by the kindness and care of each and every single person in this clinic! We had to get in quickly and they worked with us to get an appointment scheduled. Not only that, but they were so helpful on figuring out how we can work payments to them because insurance would not cover the costs of the infusions. It is rare to experience above and beyond service these days, but every person in this clinic was incredibly kind and supportive to us from start to finish! I cannot say enough great things and will recommend them to everyone who needs an infusion done! They will not be disappointed!

Went to have an IV put in today~ remembered Alex from when he came to the hospital to help train us on administering antibiotics previously. We remember him due to his excellent level of care, thorough training and friendliness. We had the honor of meeting Kaylynn today, and were just as impressed. She was so sweet and so patient. She is truly in the right field, with her abundant knowledge, her genuine care and compassion for her patients, and winning personality. I am deathly afraid of needles of any kind but she went above and beyond to help put me at ease and we truly appreciate her. Vital care you all have a really terrific group of people. So thank you.

such a nice experience! i was super nervous but they walked me through everything. alex and eddie were great!

I can not say enough about this place!! If you're looking for a great team and the best infusion center, this is it!! The staff is incredible and very caring. It's extremely clean as well. Now, they just need an ice machine!!
