Vital Care of Greenville and Healthwise Pharmacy

I’m giving 1star, not because of the pharmacy, but because of the nurse April who did my infusion. The last 2 times have been horrible experience. Both times she was unable to successfully insert my IV. She missed my vein 3x and on the second time I’m pretty sure she hit my bone!! I’ve been coming there for years and have always had a great experience. I really think they need to evaluate their interview process. They truly need to a better job with their hiring. Hopefully the next time I come there will be another nurse there or April will have it together by then.

This was the worst experience we’ve ever had with a pharmacy. My wife just gave birth less than two weeks ago and is in severe pain, unable to breastfeed our newborn because of it. Her doctor had already sent the prescription, and we even showed the hospital paper, yet they said they couldn’t find it. Later, the staff found it written on a paper in the back. Even after explaining the urgency of the situation, they told us the medicine would take 72 hours to be prepared. The system is poorly managed, the waiting time is unacceptable, and the staff’s attitude was unhelpful and rude. Truly terrible service.

We went there to get an ankle brace, they were extremely rude, condescending and snappy not only to us but to the person that was in front of us as well

ONE OF THE BEST PHARMACY'S IN THE SOUTH EAST! If you leave your name and number, they will call you back. The service I have received from Healthwise Pharmacy has been competent, knowledgeable and caring. They will deliver the meds to you, even the compounding pharmacy is awesome, I was on Vancomicyn for 7 weeks during Covid, my meds were always delivered ahead of time, along with all the supplies for my PICC line. I agree that it is hard to get through at times but leave a message or call back. When you are nice and polite, those you are dealing with will be nice and polite also!😄🫠😊🥰
