Vital Care Infusion Services

Last week I had my first infusion ever. I was in horrible pain walking in and was dreading sitting there for an hour. The pain calmed down and it ended up being okay. The massage chair was nice esp since I was hurting. They provided drinks and small snacks if I wanted. And offered to adjust the room temp to my liking. After the infusion was over the lady doing it spent a good 15 mins talking to me about my condition and that felt above and beyond. She was lovely and I was glad to know ill be not just going to get the infusions alone but I'll be seeing the same person each time making comfort much easier to achieve. The only thing I would suggest for patients is maybe a sound machine providing some quiet relaxing zen like music. But that's just an idea thats the only thing I imagined being

Fantastic! Much easier than dealing with doctor, they gave helpful advice and information that seems should have came from doctor. The reason for my visit was an MS relapse that made my legs unable to function. Aundrea (misspelled maybe) came out to our vehicle, where I was to put the port in my hand and gave my first treatment from there. She explained to my husband how to do the two remaining treatments at home. I would go to people like this any day and skip doctor visit if I could. Throughout my whole MS journey I have learned more from people working in clinics such as VitalCare and various Pharmacists than any doctor I’ve ever seen. Seems shocking but true. Just ordered refills of my medication and supplies with vital care for the first time. Jacob took my call and was great. He listened to my request and my needs and asked all the right questions. It’s great to have Jacob and vital care on my team.

Misleading and inaccurate information. Called me and advised my husband’s current home health company said they wouldn’t follow his picc line care. After switching home health companies found out they’d never actually called and his current company would have managed his medications. They assumed they wouldn’t follow them so didn’t he call them. Also told us his Part D wouldn’t cover his IV antibiotics in a home setting. So they’d give us a discounted price on his supplies and meds, so it would only be right under $800 per week between supplies and meds “might” be cheaper the next few weeks but they couldn’t give me the pricing.
