Vital Care Infusion Pharmacy

I am just starting with Vital Care (my first infusion is Friday) They have already gone above and beyond any Care I have received since we moved back to Texas 3 1/2 years ago. Customer Service, Pharmacy and Nurses are amazing and I actually feel hopeful again with my Chron's Disease.

My experience with Vital Care of Roanoke has been excellent. They make what could be a complicated process incredibly easy and stress free. The staff is remarkably organized, efficient, and friendly. I appreciate how quickly and smoothly my appointments always run, and the nurses are very skilled at what they do. The pharmacists are readily available to answer questions and ensure I'm receiving the correct medication.

This is the 23rd surgery. It's been a very long journey. Genni and Danny have made the worries of my PICC line so much easier. The two of them have really taken total ownership of my antibiotic needs. And supplies. I honestly feel at ease about my continuing 24hr antibiotic needs. I would refer everyone I know to them. For their medical needs. I appreciate y'all and all of your time and hard work

Horrible people that are uneducated about immune supplies and the needs of the patients who infuse plasma. The supplies were all thrown in a cardboard box, the tubing was old and unusable, the company had no plans to timely deliver the RX and supplies. Lauren was a mean person and should not be representing anything that has to do with Human Plasma infusions, uneducated in the process. This Keller office demonstrated ignorance in what a Plasma infusion is and ignored my Doctors proscription to when I due for therapy with clean new supplies. I am extremely pleased with Vital Care. I have experienced nothing but attentive, professional care for the several months I have received their services. Danny answers all my questions and keeps me informed about upcoming visits, and is very flexible in scheduling injection appointments. Follows up with me regarding response to medication and potential side effects.
