Vital Care rep Arthur Bienvenue came to the hospital to instruct us about my husband’s IV infusion line for when he goes home. His calm demeanor, clear speech and instructions, professionalism, courtesy, and heartfelt care assured us that we will successfully be able to administer his antibiotics without any hesitation, trepidation, or fear. From his phone calls to set up our appointment to his meeting with us and instructing us show us that he has been truly gifted by our Creator GOD with the talents and calling to assist people like us who are in need of this type of home health service. He covered every aspect thoroughly that left no qualms in our minds. And he reassured us that we will be successful. Thank you once again Arthur. You are much appreciated‼️👏🏻

I can’t say enough great things about Vital Care. Arthur was amazing explaining the entire process of how to do things. Everyone in their office from the front desk to the nurses, the pharmacy and even the delivery drivers have truly been great. I’ve had to use infusion centers in the past and I’ve never had such a great experience as I have been with Vital Care.

Arthur was amazing today before meeting him I was extremely on edge due to never having to deal with something like this but he came and took my anxiety away. Extremely easy going made sure I understood everything that needed to be done huge thanks to Arthur Bienvenu !!!!
