I have been seeing Justin at Vital Body for about a month now and I wish I knew about this place sooner. I am in an accelerated nursing program and I keep all my tension in my upper back and Justin completely alleviated that. He is super professional, kind and really takes interest in knowing your problem areas. He has also given me strategies to stretch at home and they REALLY work!! I have recommended all my fellow nursing students and my sports friends to go see him. He seriously is the best and you should go check it out!!

I’ve seen Justin several times now for sports bodywork. Justin hits all the spots you’re concerned about and also finds other trigger points you didn’t know you had. He gets in there and manipulates your muscles thoroughly. It’s fantastic. It’s intense. Justin is friendly and caring, always monitoring your comfort. Highly recommend. *this is not a soft Swedish massage with Enya playing in the background…far more intense*

I learned of Justin through my Physical Therapist and am so glad I did. Justin is very skilled and listens to what is going on with your body, making him better able to help with the aches and sore spots that may be bothering you. I can't stress how adept he is with helping me to manage the many knots and aches and pains I have from Fibromyalgia. I highly recommend Vital Body!

Justin is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He keeps his space meticulously clean and follows every regular protocol, and did a phenomenal job during Covid protocols as well.
