I went to Dr Bodreau a few times… I ended up having basil cell carcinoma for something she said “it’s no big deal we can’t do anything about it”. Most doctors would not brush off potential skin cancer if they weren’t sure how to treat it. Before I was wise to her patient maltreatment I sent a friend to her. She has chronic migraines to which Dr Bodreau referred to as “just headaches”. This practitioner is not a good one. Be forewarned that Virginia laws protect doctors unless they actually cause death. Dr Bordeaux is just lucky thus far she hasn’t caused any. I’m sure with time, she will. She’s not in this for patient care. Great office but horrible billing practices. I had a surprise charge on my account without any prior notice, despite the pre-authorization form stating that I would receive billing statements, invoices, and receipts via Clover. I only received this information after reaching out to the office myself. The charge was related to my deductible for a past appointment, but the lack of communication and failure to follow their own stated practices is frustrating and unacceptable. Transparency in billing is essential, and this experience has broken my trust in their process.

I understand the importance of timeliness, but this practice is incredibly inflexible in their policies. Be prepared to pay a $25 cancellation fee if you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment. They will not budge on this, and to them, it is worth getting the $25 even if it means losing you as a patient.

I am seriously shocked at the amount of negative reviews. I LOVE Dr. B, I feel like I finally found someone who cares and listens to what I say. They are adamant about seeing you when you want prescriptions refilled and such but I feel like that is all a part of good overall care. I can't recommend her enough. My kiddos saw the male doc and he was good as well.

I've had nothing but great experiences with the practice or Dr Boudreau. This is one of the only independent practices in Loudoun if not all of NoVA. The big orgs run by inova or lmg love to push you off to secondary care providers and you can never see your PCP. This has never been a problem here. She's always patient and respectful and willing to take input.
