Visual Health Doctors of Optometry - Arlington/Ballston

I am very satisfied with the service I received. The staff was professional, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. The optometrist was careful, thorough, and took the time to pay attention to every detail during the exam. I really appreciated how clearly everything was explained and how comfortable they made the entire experience. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care!

This was my first time here and I had the most wonderful experience! The staff are all extremely knowledgeable and helpful, especially Aaron and Liz, and the overall environment is very welcoming. I will definitely be returning here in the future for all of my optometry needs!

When you make an appointment for a specific doctor, you expect to see that person. But instead, I learned they fraudulently have Dr. Mahal's profile associated with this office on Zocdoc, when she doesn't even work here anymore. I understand that Dr. Mahal did previously work in this office, but years ago. Dr. Stevens was amazing. She was very patient, professional, and well-spoken. Just be known, that this office has some suspicious practices when it comes to advertising and clientele recruitment.

I had an awesome experience at this Optometry office. Amna was kind and quick to help as i walked in. Dr Stevens was attentive and patient with me, and helped me find my perfect prescription. Aaron was super helpful in helping to pick my frames, helping measure my face and what fit and the cost options. I highly recommend, this is a warm and welcoming practice. I walked in late and nervous and left happy.

Such an amazing environment! Was greeted with a smile from not only the customer service rep but the DOCTOR! She was so kind and personable. Additionally, Aaron was friendly and outgoing. Made my appointment easy. Got my prescription and contacts ordered. He was also very knowledgeable and I didn’t need to second guess his skills. I will be coming back for my annual appointments.
