I went in to update my prescription. Lovely place, quick, in and out and they accepted my insurance. Really appreciated that they used light to dilate my eyes instead of drops, made the rest of my day much much easier Plus it’s always good to support an independent business that isn’t owned by a conglomerate / Luxottica tbh

Go somewhere else. I've gone here for a few times and they always seem to mess up my contact order. A few years ago they simply kept forgetting to order them. They kept telling me check back in two weeks and then it was another two weeks and I didn't get my order until a month and a half after I was supposed to. I had told them I was running low on contacts and was forced to "stretch" the ones I had by wearing them for longer. The next year I was surprised when they told me the price for my yearly contacts was double! I said it is usually half that and they just sort of shrugged and asked how I'd like to pay. Turns out they ordered me a 2 year supply when my prescription is only good for one year, so I essentially wasted money on another year of contacts since my prescription changes each

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I have been a patient at Visual Health Clarendon for 3 years, and the decline in professionalism is shocking. The office has become loud, and completely unorganized. I’m genuinely confused how Brianna is the manager — she seemed visibly annoyed that I was even there. She spent more time huffing, rolling her eyes, and glued to her phone or laptop than paying attention to patients. As someone who has trusted this clinic for years, it’s incredibly disappointing. I never write reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. Something needs to change immediately. I will be going elsewhere, my normal $800 can be used at a place where I feel appreciated. But Dr.Desando is great, never disappointed with my actual eye exam!

Such a wonderful staff and so helpful in getting my first pair of glasses. I worked with Brianna and she was both personable and knowledgeable and the whole process was made much better by her and the woman at the front desk (sorry for not knowing names better)! Thank you to the staff and doctor for a great experience. I would recommend if you are looking for a place to get glasses!

Great experience here. Dr. Mehra is so patient and answered all my questions about my eyes, and everybody working in the front office (James, Sammy, Bri) was friendly and patient as well. Learned how to use contacts here and it has significantly improved my quality of life!
