Visual Connection

I had an appointment at the Visual Connection about a month ago in Belfair. Dr. White marsh and all of his staff were really very nice. My appointment didn’t take long at all. I was able to pick out my glasses and order them the very same day. The whole experience was really great, I was very pleased!

My father had an appointment today which was scheduled a month in advance. Upon arriving, we discovered the office was closed for whatever reason. A courtesy call explaining why your business was not operating would have been nice. Thanks for wasting our time. We will never come back and we will make sure to let everyone know how poorly your treat your clients.

The entire staff, from the ladies with their friendly faces who greet you at reception, to the optometrist himself, were nothing short of kind, helpful, and pleasant. I was truly impressed with their hospitality and willingness to be helpful! The doctor was obviously pleased to be able to explain exactly what was going on with my vision, and how to correct the problem. He genuinely seemed happy to be able to improve my ability to see! My insurance covered nearly everything and I never felt pressured to buy up sales. The wonderful woman who helped me pick frames helped me stay within my budget without making me feel bad for not spending more money with them. I happened upon The Visual Connection with a set of glasses that had been placed open on a table and then inadvertently flattened by a large box. Had I been able to put the glasses on the temples would have gone straight up rather than on my ears. Rather than jump to sell me a new frame, Meg accepted the challenge of repairing them. After less than ten minutes she walked back with the glasses fixed. It’s one of those times I really wish I had taken before and after photos. Then it that wasn’t enough all she wanted was a smile for her time & talents. Just based off Megs friendliness & willingness to help is enough for me to recommend The Visual Connection.

Great experience. Doctor was very thorough.... more than any other with whom I have visited. The staff was congenial yet professional. I would recommend this office without hesitation (except to purchase frames and/or contacts -- both are way overpriced).
