Vista Hills Family Dental

My experience was awesome from start to finish. The staff was amazingly courteous and professional. The atmosphere was outstanding along with the friendliness. Dr. Cobos was fantastic and answered my questions and gave me his professional input without pressure of any kind. From the front desk to financial staff, i am personally in awe of the kindness and understanding. I will definitely be a returning patient of Vista Hills Family Dental.

This afternoon I had an appointment at Vista Family Dental to have my teeth cleaned. It was done promptly and professionally! My dental hygienist was thorough and gentle!!! He would ask if I was ok and how I was doing, during the cleaning! He was very conscientious. X-rays were taken and my dentist, Dr. Cobos reviewed my X-rays and examined my teeth after the cleaning. His pleasant and friendly demeanor puts one at ease. Dr. Cobos always asks and addresses any concerns I may have and he’s never rushed but takes his time with me to make sure I’m satisfied and that my teeth, gums, glands, etc. are all healthy! I highly recommend Dr Cobos and Vista Family Dental. The staff is quite friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! I was sent a text a couple of days prior as a reminder of my appointment. U

Samantha is a wonderful hygienist. She is professional, has a tender hand for performing my dental cleaning and a tender heart for how she treats her patient. Dr. Cobos was no less than awesome like always. Rosa, who handled my exit, was as always, friendly and efficient. I appreciate the care I receive at Vista

My wife and I came here for a few years. It started off great. Minimal wait time and the staff were nice. Over time, the wait time got longer which is not a big deal. However the front desk staff were not as friendly as before and the dental hygienists were hit or miss. The last straw that caused us to leave was when my wife was pregnant, a male dental hygienist was very pushy and insisting my wife get x-rays done after she repeatedly told him she did not want to and didnt feel comfortable getting them while pregnant for her own reasons. Keep in mind that she had already had xrays done no more than 6 months ago. There was no pain/concerns with her teeth and nothing had changed from her last visit. This was just a regular cleaning. Definitely the best dentist I've been to in El paso! If you're looking for a dental place for your family stop searching! THIS IS YOUR PLACE! Great friendly staff. Very clean high class facility. And the wait time is practically non existent!! Doctor Alvarez is an absolute master at his craft and technicians are the best and gentel to ensure ultimate comfort during each procedure. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT VISTA HILLS FAMILY DENTAL AND STAFF!
