Vista Grande Villa

My mom was recently a patient for rehab care. We were very disappointed all the way around. There was some very good staff members. But there were several that were far from good. Her nurse call went unanswered & meds were given hours late. The room was very small & the bathroom had no sink. So she couldn't wash her hands before leaving the bathroom. The sink in the room always had stuff stored in front of it. She moved the stuff but it wasn't easy considering she had just had open heart surgery. She came home with an infection. The hospital gave us a choice on where she should go. This place was her choice. We really expected more. Big mistake.

My mom needed short-term care after a hospitalization and we couldn’t be happier with her care. Becky, Katie, Miah and the crew were always smiling, attentive and went above and beyond! We appreciate you!

Never ever send a loved one there. This was the worst I've ever seen. They don't control pain they skip meds don't do therapy the way they are suppose to. They only care about collecting that insurance money. I only have them a 1 star because of the nurse Kim. There was a couple cnas that where great to Miah,Lex, Becky if it wasn't for them or would be negative stars. So if you care about your family don't send them there. (Yes I moved her to a better facility)

I recently, along with my sisters, helped move my 88 yr old mother into Vista Grande Villa. It was her desire to enter more of a community living type of residence after my father, her husband of 65 years, passed away. Her hope was to help with the loneliness while still maintaining independent living. This place has been amazing. The apartments are clean & have been well maintained. There are multiple levels of safety including a “necklace” that can alert staff to her need for help, pull cord in the bathroom & numerous safety bars in the bathroom.
