A few years back, I went in there because the frame of my glasses was out of alignment after I unintentionally slept on them. I don't know his name but it was a young Spanish-speaking man who asked if he could help. I explained, and he went in the back and made the correction. I asked how much, and he said no charge. He never asked if I had purchased them there or tried to get me to purchase another frame. He was very professional and understanding. I would recommend this place to anyone. Kudos to the staff here!.

I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff and doctor were absolutely amazing, professional, kind, and genuinely caring. Maricel and Jowilka were phenomenal; they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Their attention to detail and warm personalities truly made a difference. The entire team made the visit smooth and stress-free. I felt valued and respected throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-notch care and outstanding service!

Don't know what the hell the haters are on about here. Customer service was fantastic. They are quick to get you in and serviced, and helped me pick out a pair of glasses that the ladies love. Exchanged some witty banter about my being a Patriots fan. Their examination process was much more advanced than when I had my last eye exam 3 years ago in Bay Ridge. I can finally read things within an arm's length! Thanks Vision World
