Vision Source Heights

The space is clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff make the visit easy with kind and clear communication. Dr. C is wonderful. He is warm and caring. He is also very thorough; he went through each aspect of the exam in a way that ensured I understood the process and results of the testing. He took the time to answer all of my questions.

After visiting Vision Source Heights I have sworn off ordering cheap glasses online forever! The environment was clean, beautifully organized, and the staff know how to create a great vibe. Everyone engaged with incredible kindness, care, and professionalism. I never felt rushed and all of my questions were answered clearly. Dr. Planitz is truly amazing. Her expertise and energy made the actual exam fun, relaxing, and highly informative. I get compliments on my glasses weekly and will definitely continue to come back here!

Great exam! Best I’ve had in years! Dr. took his time, explained everything in detail. I was able to get an appointment the day after I called. Nothing but good things to say about my appointment!

I was overcharged for an eye exam, and billed for the exam months later when they couldn’t get me to buy their expensive eyeglasses. This place pretends to be a high end store but Walmart offers better designer glasses for a fraction of the cost. The sales person knows what a hard sell these generic progressive lens are, these glasses are not worth the outrageous price gouging going on here. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable retailer.

Dr. Dawson and the entire staff were great. Everything went smoothly and quickly, and it was a very friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend this location or the one in Rio (which I have been to before as well) for your eyecare needs!
