I went to the Office and selected a frame for my sunglasses. I said darkest color, the optician said ok. I was not offered a color of the lenses. When I got home review my receipt it says gray. I called the office the following day but no direct number or voicemail. The number on the receipt always goes to voicemail or keeps on ringing and ringing. Started the call at 8 am and finally got through after lunch. The communication needs to improve for patient not wasting long hours trying to contact them on the phone. Someone from service center even suggested for me to go back to the office and have a walk in visit which I think is way too much that I have to arrange for my ride.

Poor customer service. Receptionist charged only one invoice instead of 2 then we realized we’re at home already. No one from them bothered to call. And what they did was amazing..of course the lady didn’t process the order and now another 2 weeks will be wasted in order to get the eyeglasses. Please go somewhere else that has an excellent customer service.

Closes at 6 PM, friendly staff and prompt service. Also make sure you take your parking pass up there to the help desk. Great selection and cool design frames and glasses.

Few months ago I got prescription for glasses, got it filled paid out of pockets $300, it's June the glasses broke they didn't want to fix it I asked for my recent prescription they said they can't find it. I don't believe this they were too lazy to re print me the prescription so I can get it elsewhere. Sorry but this is bad service I've been a member for over 30 years. Dont recommend them any longer.

Avoid! They use a low grade glazing that peels/scratches easily and offered no help. When I called they said some bs like they’re scratch resistant but not scratch proof! Semantics. Another Kaiser employee at a different location admitted the glazing is problematic. Go to society of the spectacle for lenses that don’t scratch.
