Always a truly outstanding experience at Viscount Dental Associates. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by incredibly friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcome and at ease. It's clear they offer a diverse range of care, and a very sterile and clean environment. Everyone I interact with from check in to billing is highly knowledgeable and skilled. A special shout-out to Pablo, the hygienist – he is simply amazing! His professionalism and expertise made my cleaning a remarkably comfortable and thorough experience. I highly recommend Dr Ramirez and his team at Viscount Dental for their exceptional people and top-notch dental care because I have trusted them for years. 😁🦷🪥

I have not had the greatest experiences with dentist offices in El Paso. From the staff, to the Dentist, hygienist and to everybody in between is amazing! I am so glad my insurance is accepted by them.

I've been going here for over 5 years. A couple of months back I had a cleaning scheduled that I had confirmed. The day of my husband's Grandma was going to have surgery and there were some complications and she ended up in the ICU. I called to see if I could reschedule and they told me they would have to charge me a $40 fee. I told them I would have to incur the fee because I would be visiting her during that time. The secretary asked me to make a payment before hanging up. When I called back to express my disappointment, the secretary let me know that the doctor would not be refunding the amount. I do not care to have that money refunded. I was just hoping for a little more compassion on their end as a long-time patient.

I'm BEYOND happy with the service I received today from Dr. Ramirez and his amazing staff! Starting from when I walked through the door and greeted by super sweet Lorena, (Receptionist) followed by Javier (x-ray technician), then Diana, (Dental Hygienist). Everyone was exceptionally professional and attentive! Dr. Ramirez took his time to sit with me and talk to me of work I needed to be done. I was surprised by the state of the art equipment they have, especially after switching from my previous Dentist of 30 years. Seeing all this new technology blew me away!!! Diana gave me THE BEST teeth cleaning EVER! I'm soooo happy I switched doctors and I highly recommend Dr. Ricardo Ramirez! You will not regret it!
