My husband and I had been a patient here for 3 1/2 yrs. We both have struggled with skin cancer and I had multiple facial surgeries and my husband had one. Then out of the blue our Doc would NOT let us be in the same room. My hubby doesn’t remember things about his cancers (he has had colon cancer as well). So whatever they discussed I was not allowed in the room and vise versa. I tried to remedy the situation and was told by the awesome receptionist that even though she called the main office, there was nothing she could do. I feel like a family member should be allowed in a room no matter what. There was also a disabled child that turned 18 a month before, and her mother wasn’t allow in!! I and my hubby quit this practice!!

Called ahead to confirm that this dermatologist could treat my daughter as a minor with specific procedures — I was told yes and scheduled an appointment. After the initial visit they proceeded to schedule the treatment, took a deposit from me, and then called me a day later only to tell me they cant treat her age… thats fine but my only issue is tbey are still billing my insurance and wanting me to pay the remainder when they could not follow through with treatment and now I have to start from scratch and go elsewhere. Spoke with the office staff and billing administrator only to me met with rude remarks and lack of empathy for the situation. Total bait and switch tactics and very dishonest practice.

I made an appt for Nov 1 with Dr Kongsiri two weeks ago as a new patient. I was told that was the last week she would be accepting new patients. In spite of the lower 4.1 practice Google rating, she was personally recommended by a friend, which is important to me as I've had multiple skin cancer issues & surgeries over the years. I took the time to complete all the on-line pre-appointment paperwork. Received not one, but 2 confirmations/reminders about my appointment. The last one was yesterday from Karina (sp?) confirming. Today, 2 days before my appointment I receive a call from Wendy that Dr Kongsiri is no longer taking new patients now. She was when I made my appointment. So I'm cancelled just 2 days out, for a 15 minute appt made 2 weeks ago. Also no opportunity to reschedule with her

I had my first visit today with Dr. Sway. She was very thorough, courteous and she listened to my concerns. The office was clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly. Recently went back for another visit with my son. Wendy and Kathleen at the Palmetto office are extremely helpful in getting my son’s prescription ordered for us. They both went above and beyond with getting this taken care for us. We highly recommend this office and its staff. You will not be disappointed.

I have been to this location several times today included. I've been treated by several doctors there as well. Always professional. Always kind. Always a smile. Today was no exception. Dr. Cash and the staff were Awesome. Thank you.
