Virtua Urgent Care - Washington Township

We had an excellent experience at Virtua Urgent Care - Washington Township from start to finish. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. From check-in to discharge (Kristina), everything ran smoothly and efficiently, we barely had to wait. I did schedule an appointment for my son so that may have helped. The medical team truly went above and beyond. They took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made my son feel genuinely cared for rather than rushed through. You can tell that everyone here takes great pride in what they do, from the medical assistant, Tanaijah, to the provider, Melissa Souza. Came in with an ear ache. Greeted by AWESOME office assistances Kristina and Crystal. Very kind, compassionate and attentive. Looked out for me to make sure I got the best care. MEdical assistance s Karissa , Raj and Kiara were phenomenal. The doctor Melissa took excellent care of me. This is the place to go when you need compassion help!

I was greeted today by Linda who was very cheerful and helpful. The check- in was quick and I only waited about 10 minutes to be called into the exam room. Tanaijah was very upbeat and made me feel comfortable as she took blood pressure, pulse etc. Dr. Morel was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She was very nice and respectful during her exam. I was sent to x- ray and Amy and Jade were great. They were very gentle as they had to move me into position. Amy went above and beyond when I had trouble finding the medication I was prescribed and looked up where I could find it. All in all I had a very successful visit and was very impressed by the care team.

We were seen at urgent care on Labor Day, and I just have to say how amazing Tanaija was! She was incredibly patient, kind, and so gentle with my two boys. She made them feel completely comfortable, speaking to them with such warmth and care. She even went out of her way to get them a ginger ale—such a small gesture, but it meant so much. Being at urgent care on a holiday isn’t easy, but Tanaija made the whole experience so much better for all of us. Thank you for going above and beyond!

This is my go to Urgent care location for times when my PC can't be seen. I have had nothing but excellent experience each time. Especially with the provider-Michela Michigan! She is a caring, polite, easy to understand practitioner.
