Dr, Pansari and his staff were exceptional from check-in to discharge, my care was seamless and never rushed. They put me at ease and made me very comfortable. Dr Pansari went out of his way to speak with my daughter directly after surgery to update on my recovery. Highly recommend!!

All the staff here at Virtual Surgical Group is very professional, accommodating, and extremely compassionate. From the moment I walked in Nya greeted me with a big smile. Shorty after Ahmyah came and got me in the waiting area and took me to the room made sure everything was up to date and had Dr Barnett went over my treatment and explained everything to me very clearly and understanding. Once I walked out I was greeted by Shana whom scheduled my studies and also scheduled my follow up appointment. I was very pleased with everyone at the office. I would like to start by making it very clear: everybody has their own experiences, and I can only speak to mine. Currently, because I cannot afford healthcare through my employer, I use my VA medical benefits. I am grateful for these benefits and have no issues with the VA itself. When there is a medical issue that the VA cannot handle internally, they utilize a program called Community Care to refer veterans to outside specialists. This is the situation I was in. Long before I used the VA, I had GI issues my entire life. It wasn’t until my early 40s that doctors finally figured out the problem (caused at birth) and performed surgery to fix it. Melinda the scheduler was able to help me get my surgery scheduled quick . I was in excruciating pain and she took the time to go out of her way to get things taken care of . I will 100 percent always go to this office . Also the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming , they were the only office who actually knew my whole insurance issue . Then the dr was so amazing I was nervous but he put me at ease. Thanks so much Lesleigh
