VirtiMD: Testing & Treatment Site

If I could give it zero stars I would. My husband went twice today after having a telemedicine appt where the Dr. prescribed him tests at this location. The woman there was so obnoxious to everyone there and kicked my husband out. This was at the 420 38th Street location in Union City. To have someone like this greeting people who are not feeling well at such a trying time with COVID is just awful and disappointing. A woman was in the waiting room with her sick child also explained how terrible this receptionist was to everyone who entered. Whomever is employing people at this location should do a better screening process or perhaps ask the people being serviced if they are satisfied with the service. Don’t go here if you have another option!

Long lines for COVID test. You will be sent back if the daily number of patient limit is reached. The nurse/doctor spoke in Spanish and didn't bother to translate in English. I recommended having your Google translate app installed with Spanish language downloaded because you're going to need it.

Super easy, super safe. I did a clinic last week and felt very uncomfortable...being able to remain in my car felt so much better. Appointment was on time and staff were very pleasant.

Emily and Crystal lack the experience handling high volume. They have been rude in their responses to guests with poor mannerism to follow. They have not strategized and or devised a plan to better assist them as a team during this Omicron surge. They have overlapped their efforts by accepting walk-ins and appointment, and have mislead and or misguided guests, missing their goal to assist patients through a seamingless experience.

Frustrating experience. Given wrong appointment time information. When arrived no record of appointment. Doctor is supposed to phone me for a 5 minute consult (no idea why this is required) before site visit and never called. Waste of time. Go elsewhere.
