Virsono Hearing Center at Eastern Carolina ENT

Dr. Emma is awesome! My husband is a candidate for a hearing aid and a bone conduction implant. We had an introductory appointment with her this week. She answered all of our MANY questions in such a succinct, understandable and knowledgeable manner. She also has such an energetic and friendly personality that puts you at ease immediately. I’d recommend her to anyone, anywhere, anytime. Greenville ENT is lucky to have someone of her caliber.

Not as pleased, as I had hoped I would be. Evidently they had double booked the appointments, the young girl who was trying to sell my husband the hearing aid was more interested in adjusting her hair, and she did not mention what the doctor had about the type of hearing aid which would best suit my husband. We had to bring that up. And it’s another three weeks after that appointment before he can get his hearing aids. I had hoped my husband would have a better experience.

7-18 travelled 2 hours one way to Greenville ENT for hearing evaluation. Determined I had hearing loss. Appointment with Virsono set for Aug 4. Because ENT did not order MRI in timely basis I called on 7-30 (only get a voicemail when you call ) requesting appointment be cancelled and to call me back to reschedule appointment. No call back so on Friday Aug 1 after receiving more emails about my upcoming appointment called again requesting cancellation of Monday appointment and call back to reschedule. I also replied to an email Virsono sent for Monday appointment stating same. Monday came and 30 minutes before appointment got a reminder text. (Remember I have already called twice and 1 email for appointment cancellation). 10 minutes later I got a text of appointment cancellation. Stil
