Edit #2: I provided all necessary information to Patricia, the office manager. I’m changing my rating ONLY because of her. She did apologize more than once and informed me of issues that they, themselves have with my carrier. She educated me on exactly what I needed. My call to her was quick and informative. Even if she didn’t mean it 100%, LOL, that simple apology changed my rating from a 1 star to 3. Edit: I confirmed with my sister who is a supervisor at GW, that the insurance could be verified with a social. It’s as if I thought, there was a problem with me. If she couldn’t do it, I counted at least 4-5 ppl behind the desk, that possibly could have assisted. Friendly, informative staff, Dr. Ducic is supposed to be great as well, was highly recommended. Didn't end up being a good fit based on our current care choices but appreciate how helpful and respectful they were regardless.

I do not recommend this practice. On a visit, the doctor was 30 min late and none of the staff bothered to let us know what was happening. We were just left to wait. Also, they have an annoying policy of calling every parent ‘mom’ or ‘dad’. It appears to be a policy of laziness in order to avoid getting to know their patients. Finally, I needed a very simple sports form signed and stamped. Nothing more. It was an extra charge of $25, and they noted that the doctor would be unable to complete the signature and stamp on the same day. Really?

This practice is great! From check in to check out! The organization of this practice is crazy to me especially as some things are still paper! Communication is great! The new manager is so kind and answered all my questions. Managing a private practice isn’t easy, but the staff all seem to love her and they are always communicating. Coming into the office is refreshing with smiles and positivity because working with kids well we all know can be challenging!

I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. We have been going there for nearly 10 years. My first was a premie and had breathing/respiratory issues for the first few years. Their knowledge, guidance and care were excellent. We now have three kids and will never changes practices. They always have availability for sick visits, give us compassionate, comprehensive care, are supportive and are experts in their field. Highly recommend!
