I’ve been going to Dr. Idrees for years and I’ve seen how the increase in patient volume has affected the practice over time. Considering that, he is one of the few providers to call me back to review my bloodwork. A quick heads up- I call and request for a call back and usually hear about my results the same day. I like that I have the option to walk in if i’m out of meds, or on a few occasions, for stitches. I’ve genuinely saved time and money going here. He’s pretty empathetic and genuine, he tries to save me money when we look at medications my insurance covers. My OBGYN did not pick up on my diagnosis until I brought up Dr. Idrees thinks I might have endometriosis- which finally moved my care forward. I was recommended to this place by a friend.We have been using them since then. The staff and the provider took good care of my sick son and mother.They were trying their best to quicken the sign in process and taking patients back as quickly as possible. A patient was very rude to the front staff but she handled it very well. Our turn came in 15 minutes. The provider did the required tests called in our scripts and we were done in 40 minutes.Good job!

If you don't want to wait weeks for an appointment at the large providers in town and are looking for someone to actually spend time understanding your concerns, this is the place to go. Dr. Idrees is terrific! First time patient here. Don't be put off that it's not a brand new building. I found the receptionists and PA's to be very helpful as well. Thank you!

The front desk here is atrocious. They’re incompetent, rude, and unprofessional. It’s been that way for years. I called them with my new insurance information, they verified that they take that insurance, said they plugged it in, and asked me to email them the insurance card info. I emailed it, confirmed that they received it, went in for a visit, and it got billed under my old insurance. I received a bill in the mail telling me I owe for that date of service even though I was insured with the new insurance at that time. I called and explained, they don’t apologize or take any accountability for their mistake, and respond to you in a manner that you’d think you’re wrong for asking them to simply do their job. Extremely rude younger receptionists. We had an appointment and arrived when there was nobody there. After a long wait, they took us in to a room and shortly after they put another patient across us. We waited over an hour and we heard the doctor going there first. When I asked them up front for an update on the wait time the receptionist rudely replied “I cant control what room the doctor goes in first” and then turned around and kept on working on her computer. The doctor was nice, but with disorganized staff like that, we probably wont be coming back.
