Sent me to a pt place with a 2 mo wait. Told me they'd extend my disability but then proceeded to never mail the form to sdi. When asked about it they decided to back out and not extend my disability. Aswell as forgetting to refill my medication on multiple occasions.

Don’t see this person. She is not even a doctor. She doesn’t have a MD degree. Has zero knowledge about things. I visited her today: described my symptoms. She just keeps asking me what happened. I said to her that my problem is at the back. She keeps talking about my arm which I mentioned but not the key. I noticed her this but she said that’s my issue and insulted me to bring a translator next time! I had two masters degree and working on a phd degree here. I am quite sure I speak understanderable English not saying native. Worst person ever see!
