Truly with all honesty, I love this dental office! I chose Dr. Schaapman as a new patient in 2024. His calm demeanor, patience, and honesty is very appreciated and reassuring. The team/employees at New Kent VAFD as a whole are pleasant, welcoming, professional/respectful, and helpful! I’ve never once had a bad experience or felt like my concerns weren’t acknowledged or over looked. I would recommend this dentist office to family or anyone in need of a new dental office. 😃🦷🪥

I’ve had wonderful experiences taking my 4-year-old son for dental checkups. Dr. Will is patient and explains everything well. The dental hygienist, Christian, is amazing. My son was very nervous at our last visit, but Christian made it a breeze. He went above and beyond to make him comfortable.

for anyone else who's normally very scared of dentists: i recommend these guys :) dr wagner did a great job during the exam; she was very careful of my tooth, was able to explain to me clearly in a way i understood what was going on with that tooth, and what my options are moving forward. the employees were polite and professional, lovely office :) thanks doc!

This is a new dentist location for me and my husband, and I am absolutely 💯 percent ecstatic about being a new patient . The staff and my dentist are all exceptionally nice, attentive, and very professional. I love the warmth and sincere welcoming expressions they present. I'm very happy with our decision to choose this one. It's a pleasure to come here now, and I'm certain in the future appointments.

Tabitha is the best hygienist. I have been coming here for a couple of years now and she always is so friendly, remembers me, and does an amazing job cleaning my teeth. I see Dr. Schaapman afterwards and he does a good job checking over everything and takes the time to talk to you about concerns. I have a great Dentist!
